Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and packaged, it will be shipped.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. After your order has been processed, please allow 1–5 business days for USPS to ship and deliver your package.

 

Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and other carrier-related delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor its progress.

Commission Policy

Production time varies depending on the type of insect requested and current commission volume.

• If I already have the requested insect in stock, production typically takes 1–2 weeks.

• If I need to source the insect, production may take 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on seasonal availability and supplier inventory.

• I will keep you updated throughout the process if any unexpected delays occur.

Custom commissions may only be canceled before materials have been ordered or production has begun. Once work has started, cancellations or refunds may not be available due to the custom nature of each piece.
